DMIRS Announce CPD Topics for 2020; with WCPT being awarded the entire writing contract.
WCPT have once again been awarded the contract to write the Mandatory CPD content for all real estate professionals in WA! WCPT have always been a leading contributor to writing Mandatory sessions but this is our second consecutive year to be awarded the contract to write the entire Mandatory content. We are thrilled to be able to share our extensive industry knowledge with all real estate professionals in WA.
What does Mandatory CPD in 2020 look like?
DMIRS have simplified the training categories in 2020, with a single Mandatory CPD session covering all sales reps, property managers and licensed agents. DMIRS advised “Given the focus on compliance issues and the relevance of these issues to all real estate industry professionals, a single mandatory CPD session will be developed for all participants, regardless of licence or registration type.”
