About The Diploma Qualification

The CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is made up of 12 units of competency from the CPP – Property Services Training Package. This course (as well as the upskill if required.) will give you the educational requirement to be licensed as a real estate agent by the Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety and work as a licensed real estate agent in Western Australia. Do you need to upskill?

As well as the CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) it is also necessary for most people to complete an upskill or bridging course which comprises units from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. This is part of a new standard set by the Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety. But don’t dismay! WCPT have made it easy to integrate these additional units into the time period where you will be studying for the Diploma.
