WCPT have always been a leading contributor to writing Mandatory sessions but this is our second consecutive year to be awarded the contract to write the entire Mandatory content. We are thrilled to be able to share our extensive industry knowledge with all real estate professionals in WA. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What does Mandatory CPD in 2020 look like?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DMIRS have simplified the training categories in 2020, with a single Mandatory CPD session covering all sales reps, property managers and licensed agents. DMIRS advised \u201cGiven the focus on compliance issues and the relevance of these issues to all real estate industry professionals, a single mandatory CPD session will be developed for all participants, regardless of licence or registration type.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you learn?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following topics selected for the 2020 CPD program have been determined by the Commissioner following stakeholder consultation and review of commonly raised issues in consumer complaints, audits and compliance visits.
